Low-disturbance disc injectors
TBL is a specialist in the field of disc-type slurry injectors which are manufactured at its base in the Netherlands. Suitable for working in a wide-range of situations, and especially suitable for working in established grassland, each disc injector element cuts a narrow slot in the ground which is then filled with slurry. Benefits include greater nutrient availability and reduced risk of run-off, odour and losses to the atmosphere.

Compact Profi
The TBL Compact Profi disc injector is manufactured in working widths of 9m, 9.75m, 12m and 15m and is suitable for working width trailed tankers and self-propelled machines. The pivoting injector elements can be specified with twin-discs or single convex discs. A central pivoting mainframe combined with hydraulic suspension of each disc element allows the machine to accurately follow ground contours. All models fold to a transport width of under 3m using a unique scissor-type mechanism. Section control, operated either manually or automatically via RTK, allows up to 10 sections to be controlled to avoid overlap. An auto-lube system is fitted as standard.
